Disabled guests need to pay full price, but are entitled to bring an essential carer free of charge. Carer tickets do not need to be booked online, and can be collected once proof of entitlement has been shown to our admissions team.

Once tickets have been purchased, they are non-refundable and we are unable to make any amendments so please ensure you are able to visit on your chosen date. We are unable to refund/transfer tickets due to the weather.

Kent Life Members: Membership must be valid on the chosen day, and you will be asked to show membership cards for all member tickets booked.

There is limited availability so that each time slot is not overcrowded. Members who are no show will be subject to a £5.00pp charge, so please ensure as a member if you cannot attend you cancel the ticket so others may attend and enjoy the day!

Gift Vouchers: Simply enter the voucher code in the promotional code box during the checkout process. Any unused credit will be saved on the voucher and can be used at a later date.
